CHAPTER 6
"What just happened?"
Asked a confused, and shocked young werecat, she gripped onto the bleachers edge, letting her elongated claws sink into metal. Her mind and expression was just as puzzled and shocked as her older counterpart who sat beside her. "Does this mean..." The younger of the pair paused, her face starting to relax, she turned her head to look towards her older sister. "...that the rumors will be cleared up?" The older face showed that of uncertainly when she turned to look at her sister to answer,
"I have no idea."
The soft ding, of the doorbell of the Stripes household rang throughout the small-ish, three bedroom house. "I'll get it!" shouted Hissary, wearing light purple, with dark purple bird pattern pajama pants, and a dark purple tank top with a single light purple paw print on it. She shuffled across the hardwood floor with bare feet, reaching towards the knob of the door she somewhat slowly creaked it opened.
"Took your damn time, didn't you princess?" A familiar voice spat.
"Seraphina!?" The young werecat said in shock and surprise, her mouth slightly ajar. " What--What are you here?"
The Aria rolled her eyes, and gave her counterpart that she brought with her a death stare, before leaning against the door frame, crossing her arms, and turning to Hissary and said, "I came here to apologize." The young, mocha furred werecat became instantly skeptical, she raised an eyebrow and asked, "You came here to apologize?" The seemingly older Aria waited a few minutes before replying, "Yes, my dear, little sister over here-" Seraphina motioned towards the other Aria besides her. "-made me come over here to apologize to you." Hissary face showed that of puzzlement, "but uh--" The older Aria interrupted, "And before you say anything about how saying sorry won't help, I already cleared up the rumors." The young werecat eyebrows raised in a surprise, "Really?" Seraphina rolled her eyes again and sighed, "Yes really, now is this conversation over? I have more important places to be." Hissary gave a smug look, before saying "Alright, goodbye then." The two Aria's, Seraphina being the one to give a nasty look towards Hissary before stepping out of the way, began to leave to property. The young werecat stepped back and closed the hunter green door, turning around to lean against it.
"Who was that?" Asked an older, mature looking werecat, who looked similar to the young werecat; she walked swiftly towards Hissary. "It was just someone I know from school, mom." Replied the young mocha furred werecat, a smile appearing on her face. "Oh? Hm, alright. Well if you are heading up stairs give this to your sister Clawrissa, she has a cold again." Hissary's mother handed her a tray filled with a bowl of soup, hot tea, crackers and some medication. "Alright mom." The young werecat relentlessly took the tray, and started heading up the stairs.
"...She said she had other places to be, but she actually apologized! Well in a way she did, but still!" The younger werecat said, sitting crossed legged on the foot of her older sisters bed, a bit delighted about what happened only a few moments ago. Purrfecta leaned back, resting her hands behind her on the bed. "But she did clear the rumors, though? ...Right?" "Well, according to her, yes." Hissary replied, her, only seconds ago, delighted heart sunk, she began to worry that Seraphina might have been lying to her. The older werecat gave a slight concerned look, "I guess we will have to find out on Monday...now..." Purrfecta shifted into a crossed legged position. "Go to your own room and let me take my cat nap!" The older mocha furred werecat playfully pushed her younger sister off her bed. "Hey-!" Hissary squeaked before she crashed down to the floor, she got back up and gave her sister a playful grin. "Ick. Go to my own room? The air in that room is so moist from the two humidifiers Clawrissa has running in there!" Purrfecta laid down, putting her arms behind her head. "Oh yeah, you and Clawrissa share a room...and she is sick! Ha! Unlucky you." The younger werecat grinned, climbing onto the bed. "Oh move over you big ball of fluff." Hissary laid next to her sister, once getting comfortable she shoved the older werecat off the bed. "Hey!" Purrfecta hissed, getting up from the floor. "Oh? So we are going to play this game, huh?" The older mocha furred werecat grabbed the nearest pillow and started hitting her sister with it. Her younger sister hissed, grabbed a pillow as well and began whacking her sister with it.
"The pillow war has begun!"
